We will visit you in the comfort of your own home at a time convenient to you, saving you not only time, but a great deal of inconvenience too. Research shows that most people do not purposely choose not to make a Will, but simply never get around to it as the process can be so time consuming. If you work during the day it can often be difficult to take time off to visit a solicitor to discuss your requirements and then again to sign the final documents. For some people with mobility concerns this can almost be impossible.

At Anderson Mathew we come to you.

Preparing your Will is not a matter to be rushed. However once you have made the decision to prepare a new Will or update an old one, then this process should work efficiently and without delay. From our initial meeting with you, we will prepare draft documents for your approval within 10 working days. Subject to your approval, we will meet you again to sign the final documents within a further 5 working days.

As a result of writing your Will, should you require any additional specialist legal advice (e.g. trusts, property conveyancing, executry work, etc) we will be happy to recommend one of our partner firms with expertise in the relevant area.
